Producer Olga Hartšuk is a Tallinn-based sustainable production pioneer in the Baltics. At Pan Baltic production house Nafta Films, she has contributed to feature trilogy 'Melchior the Apothecary', family feature 'Totally Boss' (Just Film Award 2023, PÖFF), and creative documentary 'Cohabitants' (IDFA 2024). She combines producing with Film Business and Law studies at Erich Pommer Institut. Committed to strengthening the Baltic film industry through sustainable models and co-productions.
