With a dedication to bridging Japan's regions with the world, Masashi Nozaki produces films that strive to jointly capture cultural narratives and the excellence of Japanese cuisine and traditional crafts. While living in London, Masashi produced an award-winning short documentary about a Michelin two-star Japanese chef. The film was an official selection at prestigious festivals, including the Rhode Island International Film Festival, the Nashville International Film Festival, and the Hawaii International Film Festival.Masashi currently divides his time between New York and Japan, working on various projects while exploring national and regional cultures.
