Joana Leal

Joana Leal was born in 2000 in Vila Nova de Cerveira, where she studied and lived for the first eighteen years of her life. In 2018, when she finished high school, she went to Aveiro to get a degree in New Communication Technologies at the University of Aveiro.
Although she loved the area of design and multimedia, she couldn't let go of the feeling that she belonged in the world of animation. For this reason, in 2021, she decided to
venture out and follow her instinct, which led her to Porto, to take a master's degree in Sound and Image with a specialization in Computer Animation, at the Catholic University.
