Lorelei Pepi

American animation artist working with a blend of analog and digital processes, from experimental and lyrical work to character-driven narrative. Studied at Rhode Island School of Design (BFA) and the California Institute of the Arts (MFA). Fellowships and grants include Creative Capital, MacDowell, the Harvard Film Study Center and LEF Moving Image. Recently retired as Associate Professor of Animation at Emily Carr University of Art + Design in Vancouver, Canada, and now continues an art practice on the Sunshine Coast, British Columbia.
