“Les Larmes de la Seine” and “My Duduś” Lead the 2024 Short Awards

In a significant achievement, "Les Larmes de la Seine" by Yanis Belaid, Eliott Benard, Nicolas Mayeur, Etienne Moulin, Hadrien Pinot, Lisa Vicente, Philippine Singer, and Alice Letailleur was honored with both the Jury Award for Best Short and Animation Short of the Year. The film, known for its maturity and originality, presents a unique narrative that balances joy and haunting elements effortlessly.

The Documentary Short of the Year and Audience Choice Award went to "My Duduś" by Tom Krawczyk, a heartwarming story about an orphaned squirrel and a mother, praised for its emotional depth and the unique bond it portrays.

A special mention was given to "Holy Cowboys" by Varun Chopra, recognized for its innovative filmmaking and beautiful construction, marking it as a standout short film of the year.
