- The Mermaid’s Effect, directed by Markéta Magidová
- Happy Epi, directed by Noemi Valentíny
- The Story of Eve, directed by Klára Jůzová
- Period Drama, directed by Michaela Mihályiová
- The Princess and the Wolf, directed by Michaela Jůzová
These projects represent a diverse range of themes and artistic visions, highlighting the creativity and talent within the Czech animation sector.
The jury for this event comprises esteemed figures in the film and animation industry, including dramaturge and producer Anna Vášová, director Kristina Dufková, PPF Foundation board member Jana Tomas Sedláčková, producer Vladimír Lhoták, and director and animator Pavel Koutský. Their expertise will guide the selection of the winning project, which will receive the grant to support its completion and development.
The Czech Horizon Grant, through the support of the PPF Foundation, aims not only to provide financial assistance but also to spotlight and encourage the growth of the Czech animated film industry, fostering a new generation of filmmakers and animators.
