Whisper Down the Lane

As they pass from one ear to the next, words get tangled and warped, and ultimately wound, in a poignant take on a children’s game that isn’t so fun for adults.

Inspired by the telephone game, this project is an experimental VR, animated short movie that takes us on a linear journey, following a string of interconnected phone calls between five individuals that eventually escalate to a bigger conflict. The short explores the concepts of communication, self-destruction, and the domino effect.
