History of Radio Electronics

История радиоэлектроники
by Alexandra Kharitonova

For centuries, the delivery time of a message to the final recipient depended on the speed and endurance of a person, horse, or mail bird. But everything changed when, at the beginning of the 19th century, Russian engineer Pavel Lvovich Schilling invented the first electromagnetic telegraph. In this series, you will learn how Russian and Soviet scientists influenced the development of radio, television and modern electronics.

The series is released as part of the animation project “History of Russian Science”, in which we will introduce you to the contribution of Russian scientists to world science.
