A listless composer is distracted from his lonely work by a persistently irritating insect in this impactful animated short for Claudio Olachea. Omer Ben Scachar, who directed an imaginative live action video for Olachea's track Down Here last year, collaborated with animator Gome Alon on Left Brain. They have created a beautifully rendered vignette alluding to the perennial nature of the creative process: frustration, perspiration, occasional inspiration.
