If We Met Now

If We Met Now follows De’von, a Black transgender man who finds himself at a crossroads as he contemplates bottom surgery which causes a wedge in his relationship with Eric, who is cisgender. Although Eric has been consistently supportive of De'Von’s journey so far, he struggles with accepting the possibility of De'Von getting phalloplasty. He knows it will change his perception of De’Von. This leads to them having a conversation that lasts night until dawn, leaving them both changed by the end.
