There is a pure and romantic love between a young man and woman. They promise each other that no matter what happens, they will not separate. The young man goes to military service and returns as a veteran after being wounded in battle. Forced to live with physical limitations, the young man's greatest consolation is the dream that his beloved will accept him in this condition as well. But the girl cannot accept him as she did before and tells him she wants to break up. Despite everything he has been through, the young man accepts the bitter reality and says goodbye with a smile.
