The Way Through The Woods

Catching brief glimpses of dappled sunlight and movement of leaves in Berlin- Neukölln’s only woodland on 16mm film, which was naturally hand-processed using leaves from those trees, the music-video draws attention to what is lost if this urban woodland is destroyed by corporate developers. Taking its text from a Rudyard Kipling poem and a previously unreleased track by the Pet Shop Boys for the campaign and compilation Emmauswald bleibt! with kind support and enthusiasm of the Pet Shop Boys.
