What should be done?

A group of different people, brought together at a summer school, are asked the same simple, everyday question: “What should be done?” At first, their answers sound familiar — errands, plans, ordinary things to take care of. But sometimes, in a pause, a glance, or a moment of silence, something deeper unexpectedly emerges: a philosophical reflection. In this work, we sought to capture our vision of what passes through people’s minds at the very moment they respond to our question. The animation preserves these seconds of honesty, turning a philosophical question into a documentary discovery.
