Double Freedom

It’s been 25 years since Lisandro Alonso told the story of a lumberjack named Misael in LA LIBERTAD. Revisiting him, we now find that he’s still doing this work, but has taken on an additional responsibility: his mentally ill sister is staying with him because budget cuts mean the psychiatric hospital can no longer care for her.
