Pitico:Hermes Ayres Azevedo (1881-1959)

In a cottage in the Brazilian countryside, an elderly historian sits in a rocking chair, leafing through newspapers, manuscripts, and photographs. The area around him seems like a deserted ghost town. Years later, the man has passed away, and a couple has moved into the house. The rocking chair is all that remains of the past, and it takes on a bizarre life of its own.
