First Fire

The main character, Clara, a 31-year-old Catalan woman living in Paris, gives birth to her first child. After a difficult birth with a serious rupture of the perineum, she has to relearn how to live in a changed body and at the same time master motherhood. The film focuses not on the story of the birth of a child, but on what happens after: pain, fatigue, a sense of loss of the former self and the gradual search for a new balance.
