To counter the curse of osteoporosis that weighs on the women in her family, Charlyne joins a fitness frequented by elderly women who love to sing. From one burst of laughter to the next, they transform this ordinary place into a refuge, which cares for both bodies and minds. In their company, the director explores her relationship to her mother's fragility, her fear of death and what the idea of a curse is based on.
