Glow

In this minimalist black-and-white animated short, a glowing ball drifts through a dark forest and gathers a following of smaller lights. Drawing on the kodama tree spirits of Japanese mythology and the idea of the Tree of Life, the film follows the glowing beings as they travel across the world and rise to an upper layer of a new one.
