ŻUBROFFKA connects short-film screenings across Białystok and Podlasie with film breakfasts, workshops and live music for silent cinema. Organised by the Białystok Cultural Centre and its GAG Film Discussion Club, it combines Polish fiction, documentary and animation competitions with Eastward Window and Whole Wide World selections for international filmmakers. Open competitions cover films for children and young audiences, music videos, experimental work and Midnight Shorts, with its focus on horror, dark comedy and absurdity.

The 20th edition dates are 2–6 December 2026 in Białystok and Podlasie. The programme extends beyond competition screenings to discussions, exhibitions and concerts, while the Wild Bison audience award gives viewers a voice alongside the festival juries.
