Bucharest Short Film Festival (BSFF) is an international short film festival in Bucharest, founded by independent film professionals and focused on independent filmmakers from around the world. It accepts films under 30 minutes in narrative, animation, student, experimental, documentary, music video and human rights categories, and the festival's rules require every film to be viewed at least twice by the selection team. Films from outside Romania have their Romanian premiere at BSFF, and screenings are often preceded or followed by Q&A sessions with the filmmakers.

The festival dates back to 2016. The 11th edition runs from 5 to 12 September 2026 at Cinema Muzeul Țăranului, with programmes of fiction, animation, documentary, experimental, student and Romanian shorts and a masterclass in film directing.
