FeKK - Ljubljana Short Film Festival

FeKK is the biggest international short film festival in Slovenia, with a competition programme focusing on the short films from a variety of Balkan countries on one side and a national competition programme on the other. Accompanying programme brings retrospectives, guest festivals, thematic programmes, workshops, industry events, panel discussions, masterclasses, music acts, parties and more. The festival was established in 2015 by a group of young film critics, filmmakers and cinephiles. Today FeKK takes place in the scenic centre of Ljubljana with venues that consist of the Slovenian Cinematheque's cinema and it’s open air cinema at the Metelkova's Museum District, Kinodvor - City Cinema and elsewhere, underground and alternative venues such as the famous Metelkova district included. The festival aims to bring together authors, producers, curators, critics and other film professionals from the region and elsewhere.
