La Mida no importa – Size Doesn't Matter is an international competition of very short films, with a running-time limit of 10 minutes, in the Raval district of Barcelona. Its starting idea is that small, modestly produced films made on tiny budgets can still have a big impact. The selection favours stories about personal and everyday experience that show the diversity of human relationships, the value of dialogue and cultural exchange. Fiction, animation, documentary and experimental shorts compete for prizes from a professional jury and a youth jury. Screenings take place in January in two venues of the neighbourhood, the Meier Auditorium of the MACBA and the Ateneu del Raval.

The festival is organised by SLOWCUrT with the support of Fundació Tot Raval. It dates back to 2012 and has had its current format since 2017. The 15th edition runs 28–30 January 2027.
