The Seoul International Extreme-Short Image & Film Festival (SESIFF) is a Seoul festival devoted to very short films. Its international competition separates work by length: an extreme-short category for films under 3 minutes 30 seconds and a short category for films from 3 minutes 30 seconds to 20 minutes. A separate AI Competition accepts films made with AI technology, and the New Generation competition is reserved for Korean directors whose work has not yet screened at a festival. Beyond the competitions, the programme includes the E-CUT strand, a children's section, genre and world cinema showcases, and an audience award.

The festival dates back to 2009 and is based in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul. The 18th edition runs 23–28 October 2026, mainly at CGV Yeongdeungpo, with further screenings at Chung-Ang University and other venues in the city.
