Paris Film Festival

Paris Film Festival presents independent films from around the world in Paris, with screenings, filmmaker encounters and industry events. Formerly known as the Paris Art and Movie Awards, it accepts work across formats including narrative, documentary, animation, experimental film and music video. Its international and French short-film competitions and animated short-film category require a Paris premiere.

The festival also offers mentorship and professional discussions for filmmakers. The 2026 edition includes screenings at Cinéma Le Champo and sessions on film distribution. The 2027 edition is announced; exact dates are not yet published.
