Philadelphia Environmental Film Festival

The 5th annual Philadelphia Environmental Film Festival will take place in early April 2022. Please stay tuned for Information about submissions. Through our yearly film festival, year-round programming, and online resources, we seek to advance understanding of the environment through the power of film. The festival showcases new films from around the world and welcomes compelling stories of all styles. We accept both shorts and features for consideration. In 2020, the all-Virtual PhilaEnviroFilmFest presented 50 powerful films along with a juried awards competition, engaging discussions with filmmakers and topical experts, a youth short film competition, and a Kid's Planet program. The PhilaEnviroFilmFest is a member of the international Green Film Network, an association of the world's 40 top environmental film festivals, increasing outreach opportunities and connections with a global audience.
