The Boyg

From the depths of the misty Norwegian mountains comes a frightening feeling of numb apathy. This is a God, in ancient Norse folklore known as a large invisible snake, which seems to surround you and suggests avoiding difficulties. By the celebrated playwright Henrik Ibsen, “Boyg” today is a term denoting a formless obstacle; lack of initiative, creeping anxiety or a problem that is difficult to unravel.
