The Memory of Butterflies

With little known of Omarino and Aredomi’s fate, Peruvian filmmaker Tatiana Fuentes Sadowski embarks on a luminous inquiry, layering her own history alongside Amazonian archives and historical photographs in order to deconstruct colonial narratives.
