At sunset in a dimly lit police call center, Officer Erdem handles routine emergency calls with detachment—until a sudden series of reports reveal a massive fire breaking out at a shopping mall parking garage. Amid the chaos, a call comes in that shakes him to the core: five-year-old Deniz is locked inside a car, alone, and surrounded by smoke. As Erdem tries to keep Deniz calm over the phone, he races to gather clues about the car’s make, location, and the child’s family. He improvises: singing songs, playing guessing games, and using every ounce of empathy to keep Deniz conscious and hopeful. With the fire department struggling to locate the right vehicle in the smoke-filled garage, Erdem's desperation deepens.
