«Interstices» is the natural extension of my project «Dou in the Wall» — a visual journey across the worn skin of the city, where damaged walls still breathe and whisper silent stories. Through a series of images captured in the alleyways of Morocco, I weave a visual rhythm that follows the cracks and secret heartbeats of the walls, in a language that transcends geography to reach memory. This film does not aim to tell a linear story; rather, it offers a sense of in-betweenness — a drift through time and forgetting, where every wall holds traces of what once was. Fragments gathered from the weathered faces of Meknes, Rabat, Chefchaouen, Casablanca, Marrakech, Agadir, Tamraght, Tangier, Tetouan, Asilah, Fez, and Taounate. The language of walls knows no geographic borders; it preserves the imprint of memory.
