In the freezing streets of Montreal, Victoria, a pharmaceutical executive, is desperate to reconnect with her estranged, homeless brother Damian, whose life has spiraled into addiction. Armed with a promising new drug called Eclipsa, Victoria makes a desperate choice to secretly give her brother the drug to help him retake control. As Damian begins to recover and reclaim his life, the drug supply runs out.
