The Mob

Chico (Marc Legault) is a self-centred, hot-headed, ambitious, impatient, and impulsive gangster, but he lacks both culture and class. Over the years, he has climbed the ranks of the underworld. Chico is fed up with working for others; he wants to become someone important whom people will respect. He hears about a major contract in the United States to assassinate a high-ranking figure in the New York underworld, but is given strict orders not to get involved in the job. Chico does as he pleases and heads to New York to take on the contract and collect the staggering sum. But upon his return, Chico spends recklessly, so much so that he attracts the attention of those who had advised him not to get involved. What’s more, American mafiosi also arrive in town to avenge their boss. Soon finding himself trapped, Chico hides in a seedy motel and decides to call in to a radio station during a call-in show. Chico opens his bag and names, one by one, everyone involved in what he calls ‘the mob’.
