The miracle of our house

There are pots of unwanted houseplants on the stairs of a five-story house. A little boy notices that someone tiny and obviously magical is taking care of the flowers. The boy brings a small makeshift house to the stairwell, and the magical creature turns out to be a tiny flower fairy. She accepts the boy's gift, and they become friends.
