The Doppelganger

A surreal journey through the changing architecture of human memory, to where the thinnest crack runs between reality and madness. On New Year's Eve, 1986, Oleg Proshkin, a Soviet militia captain, is called to the scene of the incident - to his own apartment. Already in the courtyard, Proshkin realizes that something is wrong. And in the apartment there are strangers who feel at home, Santa Claus and the frighteningly smart dog Hat. Santa Claus says that once upon a time, when he was still a child, Proshkin sent him a postcard asking him to send him into space – to where, according to his mother, his father flew.
