Human overconsumption and pollution are not only destroying the earth, but also the ocean. When the Manta Rays discover yet another of their peers suffocated by a killer plastic bag, they rise up in revolt. It is the beginning of the Flatastic Era, when fish and other sea animals take over the earth.
