Ten-year-old Max moves with his father into an apartment that a real estate agent would call a “property with potential.” But strange things start happening: unidentifiable noises, unusually irritable neighbors, and a hermetically sealed room on the top floor. Max begins to investigate and gradually gets closer to a deeply unsettling secret.
