The 2018 jury included animated film directors Svetlana Razgulyaeva and Evgeny Fadeev, producers Lyubov Gaidukova and Desislava Medkova, and PR specialist Lilia Nazaryan.
The International Animated Film Festival "Insomnia-2018" was held from 19 to 23 July in the Kaluga region. Last year, 64 films took part in the competition. The international competition included 55 films. In total, 119 films were included in the international film review competition.
