The 2019 jury included animation film directors Natalya Berezovaya and Irina Elshanskaya, motion designer and teacher at the HSE School of Design Alexei Yermolaev, film critics and journalists Ekaterina Vizgalova and Stanislav Dedinsky.
The international open-air festival of animated films "Insomnia-2019" was held from July 18 to 22, 2019 in Moscow and the Kaluga region.
