In a series of animated art boards, the city of Venice comes alive, as it struggles, crumbles and slowly decays – a development that has silently progressed over time. With his singular, meticulous style, entirely drawn by hand and making full use of the materials he works with, Nicolas Piret manages to capture the process of erosion and the fragility of our cities.
